18.00–20.00	A get-together party will be held in the exhibition area at SCANDIC STAR HOTEL, 18.00– 20.00.

Thursday, June 3	City tour of Lund
09.30–12.00	Participants will be picked up at the hotel by the guide for a bus transfer into Lund city. There will then be a guided walking tour in Lund, which will offer a great deal of interesting facts about the city and its long history. The tour will include a visit to the Cathedral and the Museum of Cultural History. The tour is concluded in the city centre, and the participants are then free to choose whether to go back to the hotel with the guide or to stay for shopping or sight-seeing of their own. The tour requires a minimum of 10 participants. SEK 150/person.

Thursday, June 3	Lund on your own
Evening	Discover Lund on your own together with colleagues and friends. The arrangement includes food/beer/wine vouchers for a choice of restaurants in Lund city. This arrangement is included in the registration fee for participants and accompanying persons.

Friday, June 4	The countryside of Skåne
10.00–13.00	Pick-up with bus and guide at the hotel at 10.00. Travel to the countryside of Skåne, with the first stop in the village of Dalby and the site of Scandinavia’s oldest stone church. During the journey, the guide will tell you all about the Skåne region, from a historical as well as contemporary perspective. The second stop is at the herb gardens of Tirup, where participants will be served coffee in its idyllic garden oasis. From there it’s onward to the lovely nature of Häckeberga and Genarp. Next stop is a bakery of the traditional Pyramid cake, and from there the journey goes on to the beautifully located Castle of Häckeberga. Lunch will be served at Häckeberga Wärdshus, a genuine inn in local style. The tour ends at the hotel at 13.00. The tour requires a minimum of 20 participants. SEK 575/person, lunch included.

Friday, June 4	Celebration of Midsummer
Evening	Traditional Swedish Midsummer feast in a genuine countryside setting. There will be Swedish games and dancing around the Midsummer pole, followed by a delicious buffet including an assortment of herring and new potatoes, seasoned “snaps” and all the traditional singing that goes with it. The season’s first strawberries provide the finishing touch of the dinner. Discounted price for congress participants: SEK 400. Others SEK 815.

Saturday, June 5	Castle tour
14.00–23.00	Bus and guide pick-up at the hotel at 14.00. The journey goes via Flyinge, the famous horse breeding farm that has bred some of the finest horses in the world. The journey goes on to one of the region’s many impressive castles before reaching it’s evening ‘grand finale’ at the Kronovall Castle in the beautiful Österlen district. After the guided tour of the castle, participants will enjoy an exquisite four-course dinner accompanied by a choice of wines. The tour requires a minimum of 20 participants. SEK 1.595/person

Saturday, June 5	City tour of Copenhagen
14.00–23.00	Bus and guide pick-up at the hotel. The journey goes across the beautiful Öresund bridge to Copenhagen. The city tour of Copenhagen passes all the famous sights, including ”the Little Mermaid” statue and a visit at a well-known tourist attraction. Then follows a visit at Copenhagen’s perhaps most legendary attraction, the Tivoli, where a tour in the amusement park is concluded by a tasty dinner at one of the Tivoli’s charming restaurants. The tour requires a minimum of 20 participants. Price: SEK 1.395/person.

By air
Copenhagen Airport, Kastrup, Denmark, is the closest large international airport from where you reach Lund conveniently by train.
The trip from Copenhagen Airport to Lund railway station will take approximately 45 minutes.

Tickets can be purchased at the airport and cost approx. SEK 100. Sometimes a change of trains in Malmö is necessary. Taxi fare from
Kastrup to Scandic Star Hotel is approx. SEK 825. Taxi normally accepts all major credit cards.

The local airport Malmö–Sturup has frequent connections to and from Stockholm and a few regular international flights.
Taxi fare to Scandic Star Hotel is approx. SEK 400.

Swedish taxi fares are not regulated and it is therefore strongly recommended that the fare be negotiated before going.

An airport bus is also available from Sturup to the centre of Lund. Fare is approx. SEK 100.

To visit the ERASS meeting in Lund, please fill in this form and fax it to our organisation.

Hotel reservation should be made via the congress website or on the registration form and
you are booked on a “first come – first served” basis. Destination Øresund reserves the right to book
accommodation at another hotel if Scandic Star Hotel is fully booked.

Please direct all correspondence concerning accommodation to Destination Øresund.

Please notice: that payment for accommodation has to be transferred to Destination Øresund not later than April 28.
After the deadline for hotel reservation, which is March 1, 2004, Destination Øresund cannot
guarantee a hotel room or a room at the preferential rate.

Cancellation terms
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Destination Øresund.
All refunds will be handled after the Congress.

Regarding registration	In case of cancellation of registration to Destination Øresund after April 28, the congress fee minus a cancellation charge of SEK 500 will be refunded. Preregistered participants who are unable to attend the meeting can transfer the registration to another person, provided that a written notice of non-attendance is received not later than April 28, 2004.
Regarding social events	Fees for social events will be refunded only if social events are cancelled before April 28, 2004.
Regarding hotel booking	Due to the cancellation terms stated by the Scandic Star Hotel no cancellations and refunds are possible after March 1. Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the meeting can transfer the hotel accommodation to another person, provided that a written notice of non-attendance is received not later than April 28, 2004.

The cancellation charge is SEK 500.

The Congress organizer, Destination Øresund, will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred when name of the participant is not mentioned, nor will the organizer accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.

After having received the payment, Destination Øresund will send you a confirmation of your reservation and payment.

Admission to the congress is granted only if Destination Øresund has received the registration fee.
Participants having made late payments should bring a proof of payment to the registration desk at the congress.
